Terms and Conditions:

BOOKING:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking.

- The balance is due before the start date of the tour.

PAYMENTS:

- Due to the bespoke nature of our tours, prices are negotiated on a case by case basis with the client. 

- Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling, via direct bank transfer, or through Paypal (which may incur an administration fee).

CANCELLATIONS:

- For 14 to 8 days notice – 50% of the total fee.
- For 7 to 2 days notice – 75% of the total fee.
- For less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of the total fee.

INSURANCE:

Although WHM Tours are covered by ITG insurance whilst the tour is in progress, clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own personal travel insurance.
